Tony Bruno is amazing!! I have literally tried everything to relieve my upper back pain that eventually travelled to lower back. (years of Pilates, chiropractors, massage therapist did nothing but made it worse). Tony is highly educated, knowledgeable and experienced. After just 1 session with Tony my pain was GONE!! He also gave me at home exercises to keep building on what was accomplished during training sessions. I feel like I got my life back. Not only I am pain free I feel stronger and I have more energy. I am so happy that I found such an amazing trainer/MAT practitioner who understands the uniqueness of each individual. The very personalized muscle assessment done by Tony was the key for pointing out the weak muscles in my body and targeting them with specific exercises.
